Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy We want this to feel simple and respectful for everyone involved. Please take a moment to read through the policies below before booking. Booking & Payment All sessions are confirmed once payment is received. This secures your time and allows us to prepare for your referral session properly. Cancellations We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled or refunded (if applicable to your payment terms) Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session are charged in full No-Shows If you do not attend your session and have not let us know in advance, the session will be considered a no-show and will be charged in full. Lateness If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. We recommend joining on time so you get the full benefit of your session. Refunds Payments are generally non-refundable once a booking is confirmed, unless otherwise agreed in advance. This is because your time slot is reserved specifically for you. Communication All booking changes should be made via email or your booking link. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe, but do not offer immediate responses outside of scheduled sessions.
