Referrals are based on the information you share, your preferences, availability, goals, and our knowledge of the professionals in our network. While we strive to make thoughtful recommendations, we cannot guarantee outcomes or compatibility.

Most clients receive up to three curated referrals.

We don't believe the right match can be made from a questionnaire alone. The consultation helps us better understand who you are, what you're looking for, and what kind of support may feel like the best fit.

Attuned charges a non-refundable $150 USD / 450 NIS booking fee for a 30 minute consultation session. This covers referrals and ongoing support for one year. (Any ongoing services, payments, or agreements are handled directly between the client and provider.)

We work with providers who are experienced, thoughtful, and aligned with Attuned’s values and standards. As part of our vetting process, we meet with professionals directly, require proof of a master’s degree in the field of psychology and require ongoing supervision. This is to ensure you get the best service.

A mental health professional has graduate-level training in fields like psychology, counseling, or social work, and works within a structured, ethical clinical framework. This brings depth, accountability, and a grounded, serious approach to emotional wellbeing.

Our office is based in Jerusalem. We offer both in-person meetings in Jerusalem and virtual support and referral services, allowing us to work with clients internationally.Please note some providers may be based in Israel, and professional regulations, licensing standards, privacy protections, and oversight may differ depending on location.

The Attuned referral fee is non-refundable once services have been provided. Consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, missed appointments, or late cancellations will be charged the full fee.

If a referral does not feel like the right fit, we’ll continue providing additional referral options based on your feedback for up to 6 months from your intake date. Our goal is to help you find someone who feels aligned with your needs and preferences.
