We start with a personal consultation to understand what matters most to you. Then we recommend up to 3 carefully selected professionals who may be a strong fit for your needs, preferences, and goals.
We meet personally with every provider before making referrals to understand their approach and help make recommendations more thoughtful and intentional.
Sessions with referred professionals are capped at $150 to help make ongoing support more affordable.

When Attuned May Not Be The Right Fit

We currently do not provide services for children and adolescents under the age of 18.

We are not the right fit for individuals experiencing severe eating disorders, active self-harm, suicidality, or situations requiring intensive in-person or higher-level clinical care.

In these cases, we encourage reaching out to specialized providers such as Relief Referrals.
